In our model, no revenue is generated from prescription sales, so there is no incentive to overfill prescriptions, but rather, an incentive to fill prescriptions as efficiently as possible and drive down costs. The membership model minimizes the time a pharmacists spends fulfilling prescriptions and maximizes the time a pharmacist spends working proactively with patients. We synchronize each patient’s prescriptions so that they are refilled at the same time, then we synchronize the entire group of patients so that all the prescriptions for the entire group are filled at the same time.  Group Synchronization (patent pending) allows us to purchase for the entire group at the same time and get bulk-discounts on medications, but also vials, labels, shipping boxes, and all other supplies. All medications are sold at their true acquisition cost with no markup or dispensing fees. Payment is made directly to us from our members, eliminating all the unnecessary overhead and price-gouging associated with nontransparent third parties.  All of these savings combine to keep prescription prices and membership fees low.
